2021 - What a year!

What a great fair! Despite a little rain on Wednesday, we could not have asked for better weather for the fair.

Wednesday started strong with the Wabasha 500 Power Wheels Race and some of the first shows of the fair. We got our first glimpse of the All American Lumberjack show and 4-Her’s began showing off their exhibits

Thursday was the start of great fair weather! All of the inflatables were up and running and the petting zoo was open for visitors. The food stands were buzzing with people and the night was capped off with the Bobcat rodeo - a contest to see who was the best skid loader operator

Friday night continued with the strengths from before and was capped off with the AutoCross Race in the Grandstand. It was a great night for a show and the crowd was ready! A fair-goer got some great overhead footage for the fair from a drone and it give a great perspective!

Saturday is the bittersweet end of the fair. 4-H shows are finished up but there are still plenty of activities and shows. The kids pedal pull kicked off the morning and a Cake Decorating Contest with Chef Shari Mukherjee meant there was always something to check out at the fair. The captstone of the fair is the Saturday night Derby. 2021 had one of the largest crowds in recent memory!
