Kids activities planned for the county fair

Wabasha County Fair || July 14-17 2021

We have tons of activities planned for the fair this year! As people come together to celebrate in person, we wanted to make sure everyone knows what we have going on for kids and families.

Returning this year is the TECKNOcenter, which will be in located again by the Open Class building. They bring in video games, gaming PC’s, and virtual reality headsets for kids to game on throughout the fair.

New this year is the All American Lumber Jack Show. They will host multiple shows everyday of the fair. Each show includes Log Rolling, Axe Throwing, Stock Saw Racing, Hot Saw Racing, Quick Carve & Log Boom Racing. Carvings made in the show are given away to someone in the audience.

Touring entertainment this year will feature Just 4 Laffs. They will have shows as well throughout the day. They do face painting, balloon animals, and much more!

The Wabasha 500, our power wheel kids race, is returning as well. If you have a kid who likes to show off their power wheel, make sure to bring it to the fair Wednesday night for our 7PM race! Make sure to keep the batteries charged so you don’t run out of juice before the finish line!
